With comings and goings commonplace across the industry, PENN Entertainment, Global Gaming Women and SIS have seen changes to their teams this week.

PENN Entertainment has confirmed that there will be a leadership change soon The score‘s founding family – John Levy, Benjie Levy, Aubrey Levy And Noah Levy – Resignation from their respective functions.

John will be leaving PENN in mid-February, followed by Benjie, Aubrey and Noah in April. Additionally, the company said it is in the final stages of searching for a new Head of Interactive.

Global Gaming Women

Global Gaming Women Has appointed Lauren Bates to the Chairman of the Board of Directors.

A longtime industry executive, Bates most recently served as GGW’s first vice president, a position he now holds Siobhan Lane, Light & Wonder‘s EVP and Group CEO of Gaming.

He replaces Lane as the nonprofit’s second vice president Brandi EllisSVP for VIP Marketing Caesars Entertainment. All of these appointments took effect on January 1, 2024 and run through 2026.

Bates replaces the outgoing and current GGW President Boyd Gaming Corporation SVP for Legal Operations and Regulatory Compliance Cassie Stratfordwho leaves at the end of her two-year term.

“Lauren’s demonstrated work ethic and determination have had a huge impact on Global Gaming Women’s recent growth and success, and I look forward to seeing that continue under her leadership as president,” Stratford said.

SIS has discontinued Joel Anyaegbu as Commercial Manager – West Africa to oversee the supplier’s commercial development and international growth in the region.

Anyaegbu is based in Nigeria and brings extensive industry experience to SIS, including business operations and sales knowledge, having most recently worked as Regional Manager for betBonanza.

Joe AndrewsSales Director for Africa at SIS, said: “Joel’s proven commercial acumen in the African market will be a real asset to our plans for further international expansion by providing a range of products that will resonate with players.”

Continent 8 Technologies has strengthened its cloud team with the addition of Matteo Gabrielli as Senior Technical Solutions Architect.

Over a period of four and a half years at AWS, Gabrielli held various positions, providing technical advice to a variety of betting and gaming companies to help them innovate and build cloud solutions on AWS.
